Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you use Productivity Tracker (kristoffergt.com, and the app when it is installed from there). By creating an account or continuing as a guest, you accept them. The privacy policy explains how your data is handled.

Who runs it

Productivity Tracker is built and run by Kristoffer Tiedemann as a private individual, not a company. You can reach him at kristoffergt@gmail.com.

What it is

A free app for keeping track of study, reading, job applications, courses or projects, notes, to-dos, a calendar and trip expenses, on your own or together with people you link with. It costs nothing and has no paid parts. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yonsei University or any other school or employer. The Yonsei notice and job boards are read from Yonsei's public pages and link to the originals.

Using it fairly

Do not:

AI and outside information

"Fill from AI" copies a request for an AI service of your own choosing and pastes its answer back. The app itself sends nothing to an AI. AI answers and outside pages (the Yonsei boards, job postings, TOPIK dates) can be wrong or out of date, so check anything important at its source.

Availability

Productivity Tracker is run by one person in their spare time and is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available, free of errors, or that nothing is ever lost. It may change, pause or shut down. If it is going to close, account holders will be told by email in advance where possible. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as CVs and notes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kristoffer is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on the app, such as a missed deadline, a lost file or a missed exam date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Account settings under Delete account. A deleted account is kept for 30 days and can be restored by signing in during that time; after that it is deleted for good. An account that breaks these terms may be suspended or deleted, normally after a warning unless the breach is serious.

Changes

These terms may change as the app does. The date at the top changes with them, and for larger changes account holders are told in the app or by email. Using the app after a change means accepting the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please write first: most things can be sorted out that way. Disputes go to the Danish courts, but as a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
